Technical Information"We Build for Strength and Our Reputation Depends Upon Our Customer Satisfaction"All our extrusions are manufactured using Aluminium Alloy 6061-T51 which has higher Titanium content for added strength and reduced weight. Our screening material is manufactured from PVC coated fibreglass making it resistant to the suns damaging rays and withstands high winds. A full range of screening material is available including Solar Screen for areas requiring shading, standard mesh to keep out insects without obscuring the view and pet screen, keeps pets in and bugs out. We use wind resistant flat shaped vinyl spline to lock the screen mesh into the frame. All our fittings are powder coated and 80% of our screws, bolts and fasteners are hidden from view during installation. Only the highest quality screws and bolts are used in the manufacture to eliminate the possibility of alloy contamination and corrosion. Every enclosure is manufactured individually. Guttering and drainpipe systems are fitted where required and a full range of pet doors can be installed in any enclosure.
